Once a month we like to hold a "ReelBites Day" here at Hot Lunch Productions. Every month we write and offer up 4 new monologues in 2 distinct styles for clients to choose from, and then spend a whole day making movie magic with everyone who books!

Want to make a casting director's job easy? Hand them your ReelBite footage that shows you understand the assignment on any procedural drama shoot.

  • Booking Policy

    By completing your purchase, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions with Hot Lunch Productions (“Production Company” or “Producer”).

    1. Payment
    All totals listed at checkout are due in full for selected services.
    All payments are non-refundable.
    Rescheduling for the next Reel Day may be requested up to one week in advance by emailing assistant@hotlunchproductions.com

    2. On-Set Conduct
    If delays or overtime are caused by the Client (e.g., tardiness, unpreparedness, distractions), the timeslot will not be extended and no refund will be given.
    If delays result from the Production Company (e.g., late crew, technical issues), the Company will bear the expense.
    The Production Company may remove anyone from set for dangerous or abusive conduct. If the Client is removed, no refund will be issued and no final product will be delivered.

    3. Confidentiality
    The Production Company and its employees will keep confidential all sensitive information disclosed by the Client in connection with the project.

    4. Representations & Warranties
    - Production Company:
    Has the right and ability to enter into this Agreement and fulfill obligations.
    Warrants timely delivery of services and products purchased.
    - Client:
    Has authority to enter into this Agreement.
    Warrants prompt payment under this Agreement.

    8. Governing Law
    This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.

    9. Talent Release Agreement
    By proceeding with checkout, you (“Talent”) agree to the following:

    Grant of Rights: You grant Hot Lunch Productions full rights to record, use, edit, reproduce, and distribute your name, likeness, voice, appearance, and performance in the production (“Product”), in any media now known or developed, worldwide and in perpetuity.

    Ownership: Producer retains full ownership and copyright of the Product. You waive any claim to ownership or further compensation beyond agreed consideration.

    Use & Distribution: Producer may use the Product for any purpose, including broadcast, streaming, marketing, sales, exhibition, and promotion.

    Publicity Use: Producer may use behind-the-scenes footage, outtakes, stills, or related content for marketing, publicity, or promotion.

    Authority & Consent: You confirm authority to grant these rights, are not bound by conflicting agreements, and freely consent.

    Release of Claims: You release and indemnify Producer, employees, agents, and designees from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from use of the Product.
